ASF launches a collaboration with Texas Month-to-month –

In the present day, American Quick Fiction launched a brand new collaboration with Texas Month-to-month: a semi-regular collection of quick tales from Texan authors edited by ASF Coeditors Rebecca Markovits and Adeena Reitberger and copublished in ASF On-line and Texas Month-to-month‘s print and digital editions. Texas Month-to-month has chronicled life within the Lone Star State for nearly half a century and reaches a mixed month-to-month viewers of over 34.6 million.

“This partnership marks a brand new chapter for American Quick Fiction,” says ASF Coeditor Rebecca Markovits. “After thirty years of publishing out of Austin, we’re delighted that we’ll have the ability to additional promote the artwork type of the quick story, broaden our readership in Texas, and help spectacular new fiction from Texan writers.”

The primary story on this collection, “Taking part in the Ghost,” is by Corpus Christi native Bret Anthony Johnston, creator of the novel Keep in mind Me Like This and the director of the Michener Heart For Writers on the College of Texas at Austin.
